A car pulled out in front of Kayla and sent her into hysterics, "DA YA NOT SEE ME DRIVIN' HEAH YA IDIOT!" she yelled,jumping out of the car,just as the other person did, "DEAH ME IT'S BRIGHT FREAKIN RED AND YA COULDN'T SEE IT? KNOW WHY YA GOT YA HEAD SHOVED UP YA TOOKUS!"

Kayla and the guy screamed at each other for awhile,til they both got in thier cars and drove off. "Bloody stupid idiots.." she muttered.

Brooklyn laughed a little for the first time all day.
When they parked, she half ran up the stairs to the apartment. She had seen Gabe's and Misty's cars parked down there too. She walked in the door. "Miss me?"

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!?" Tellie cried, her voice squeaking as it always did when she was upset. "You've got freaking half of New York searching for you!" Her face softened a little as she ran over and threw her arms around Brooklyn in a hug. "What happened to you?"

"It's a LONG story..." Brooklyn said, hugging Tellie back.
After recieving more hugs and exclamations such as "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?" from both Gabe and Misty, she told them the whole story.

"Yeah, " Brooklyn said, yawning. She had had a long day. By now she had changed clothes and was warm and dry lying on the couch with Gabe, her head resting on his chest.
Misty had left after finding out that Brooklyn was okay.
Gabe was running his fingers through her hair, which was putting her to sleep. "I love you Brook," he whispered, kissing her on the cheek as she fell asleep.

Tellie came by and bopped Kayla on the head with her open palm. "Shush. You still coming with me to rehearsal later, now that we've found Brooklyn?" she asked, sitting down on the arm of the recliner.

Brooklyn had not been able to get Chris off of her mind since she met him. Those eyes had just seemed so bright, kind of like Lestat's, that bright blue...and it had somehow sent her into a trance when she was near him. She kept getting chills as she remembered them. She had the strangest feeling that Chris was a vampire. No it couldn't be...or could it?
